  • Get your HP printer out of the box and keep it in a neat and tidy place.
  • Now take out the packaging material from your printer and make sure to not leave any traces of adhesives or other such stuff.
  • Disconnect the USB cable from your printer and computer, connect it only when you will be prompted to.
  • Connect the power cable to your printer and the other end to the wall socket.

  • Unwrap the ink cartridges, remove the safety tape and install them inside the printer in their respective slots.
  • On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.
  • Press the Settings button and go to Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Select the network name, enter the password and click Ok.
  • In case you don’t find the network name on the list, scroll down to the bottom and enter it manually.
  • Make sure that you are connecting your printer and smartphone to the same wireless network.
  • Once setup completes, your HP printer will deliver a test page.

  • Ensure you have set up the printer hardware correctly.
  • Make sure that your printer and smartphone connect to the same internet network.
  • Now download the HP ePrint app on your android or iOS device. You can get it from the App Store, Play Store, or directly from the 123.hp.com/setup website.
  • Now choose the Usage data preferences and click Done to confirm the settings.
  • You will see the Home screen on your front of you, click Grant permission to add an email account.
  • Keep following the on-screen instructions to access the files you want to print.
  • Now open the HP ePrint app to start printing a document. And select the file
  • Open the file folder and choose the document you want to print. Exactly the same way you can print your photos, emails, or any other document.
